Beverly Anne Altman, 67, of Batesville, departed this life on June 21, 2021.
She was born in Edinburg, Texas on January 8, 1954, to Eldon E. and Lorene Kelly Altman.
During her working years she was an administrative assistant and retired from the Batesville School District. She was a member of Eastside Pentecostal Church.
Beverly loved to create. She created an online store for her designs and accessories called Beverly’s Attic where she would fulfill custom orders for her clients. She loved photography and driving roads which were off the beaten path to explore nature and find the perfect photo.
She created a photography book called “Soul Therapy”. She won awards for her photography and designs at Independence County Fair. She loved planting flower gardens. She participated in Mary Kay and Do Terra and loved natural products and remedies. She loved genealogy and would search cemeteries for clients of “Find a Grave” website. Most of all she loved her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Layla Altman, of Shreveport, Louisiana; her mother, Lorene Altman, of Southside; her sister, Beth Altman, of Southside; niece, Jessica Altman; nephew, Michael Rhea, and three grand nieces and nephews, Dakota, Hannah, and Ethan.
She was preceded in death by her father, and sister, Judy Altman-Rhea.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
