Fanny Elizabeth Girtman Deaton, 75, of Batesville, Arkansas, passed from this walk of life on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
She was born on March 30, 1947, in Cave City, Arkansas, to Roy Girtman and Missie Johnson Girtman.
Fanny worked in dietary for a disabled school during her working years.
She loved her family greatly and enjoyed their visits. Fanny enjoyed shopping and looovvveeed playing bingo.
Left to cherish her memory are her companion of 30 years, Terry Branscum of Batesville, Arkansas; longtime friend, Emma Gilbert of Batesville, Arkansas; daughters, Tina (Curtis) Hollinger of Batesville, Arkansas, Lisa (Bill) Brown of Bradford, Arkansas and Leah Reynolds of Batesville, Arkansas; sister, Peggy (Johnny) Sandy of Lynn, Arkansas; grandchildren, Shane Brown, Maryah Reynolds and William Reynolds; great grandchildren, Autumn Burris, Grayson Westerfield and John Earl Westerfield and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Johnny Burris and several brothers and sisters.
A Funeral Service will be Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in Chapel of Doty Southside Funeral Service, 2180 Batesville Blvd, Southside with Bro. Tom Doty officiating.
Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. until service time.
Burial will follow the service in the Maxville Cemetery in Cave City, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Brightwell, Curtis Hollinger, Danny Beckham, Clayton Smith and Steve Liles
Honorary Pallbearer are Shane Brown and William Reynolds
