James Terrell Hall, 70, of Oil Trough, departed this life on Friday, March 22, 2024 in Batesville. He was born on March 5, 1954, in Camden, Arkansas to Kathleen Hall Branan.
James worked as an equipment operator for Union Pacific Railroad. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and gardening.
He is survived by his wife of forty-three years, Kathy, of the home: his sons, Christopher (Melanie) Hall, of Batesville and Keelan Hall, of Oil Trough; his daughter, Tara Hall, of Tuckerman; his sister, Brenda Parks, of Pine Bluff; his three grandchildren, Tanner, Layla, and Cooper; nieces, nephews, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother.
A Funeral Service will be Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Doty Southside Funeral Chapel, 2180 Batesville Blvd, in Southside.
Pallbearers will be Mitch Weaver, Tadpole Franks, Bobby Carroll, Todd Ireland, Patrick Ballard, and Jimmy McDaniel, Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be James’ Union Pacific Railroad Buddies.
Burial will follow the service in the Maple Springs Cemetery in Rosie.
