John Harvey McLaughlin, 91, of Batesville, departed this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, in Batesville.  He was born in Batesville (Cave Creek) on October 14, 1933, to Harve Franklin McLaughlin and Annie Lou Burns McLaughlin.

He and Freda Imogene Hall were married on September 19, 1953, in The Garret House on Main Street.
