John Mark Milligan, 59, of Batesville, departed this life on Friday, May 31, 2024. He was born on February 6, 1965, in Leachville, Arkansas to Ronnie Coy Milligan and Beatrice Jones Milligan. During his lifetime he worked in various factories.
John enjoyed NASCAR and street car racing in which he and his wife would race to see who could outrace the other. He loved being with people and enjoyed working on things.
He is survived by his wife, Jolean, of the home: his daughter, Summer Martin, of Jonesboro; his brothers, Rowdy Milligan, of Batesville, Jackie Milligan, of Leachville, and Phillip Milligan, of Bald Knob; his sister, Rhonda Marquez, of Leachville; four grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
John is preceded in death by his parents, son, Dexter, and brother, Kenny.
A Graveside Service will be Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Newark.
