Judy was a warm, kind soul, full of love and faith. She always welcomed others with open arms and good food, from her famous chicken enchiladas to chocolate truffles to zebra gum at Red Lobster. She always made sure her loved ones felt special, throwing them the best parties for all of their milestones.
She is survived by her children, Charlene Peacock; Angel (Mary) Peacock; James (Jimmy) Peacock; Amy Cruse; and Daniel (Danny) Peacock; her honey-babies, (grandchildren) Savannah Workman, Julia Rose, Natalie Peacock, Heather Rose, Lucas (Luke) Peacock, Garrett Ray, and Nathaniel (Nate) Peacock; her great honey-babies Itzel Juliette and Charlotte Juliette. She is also survived by her older brother James (Jimmy) Bobbitt, elder sister Claris Ann, and soul sister, Joletta, numerous nieces and nephews.
Judy went on to join her husband Donald (Don) Peacock; her son, Donald (Little Don) Peacock; and her honey-baby Morgan Ann; her parents; Mary Bobbitt and Pascal Bobbitt.
Judy spent her downtime watching crime dramas, her favorite Criminal Minds, and game shows, from wheel of fortune to deal or no deal. Judy in her working life was a LPN, licensed nurse practitioner, for 30 years, devoting her time to helping others before retiring.
She was part of the basketball team in highschool before graduating and moving away from Arkansas to follow Donald Peacock around the country. Finally the couple settled in Oklahoma when her triplets were born and spent the rest of his life in Norman. Only for Judy to return to Arkansas before her passing and after his.
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the Courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference." This is a prayer all those who came into Judy's life can recite by heart, a family motto some may say. God guided Judy through some of the toughest and happiest moments in her life, helping her move through life with grace and gratitude. God’s Glory was in her, “It’s gonna be alright, it’s alright” were her magic words to comfort many in their rough times.
Judy Ann was surrounded by love when she passed and will be greatly missed by those she left behind. Though they take comfort in knowing she is once again with her loved ones on the other side. She will be cremated and her ashes spread in places she held dear by those she loved and left behind.
