Karen Elyse Reynolds

Karen Elyse Reynolds, 76, of Batesville, departed this life on Friday, June 23, 2023.  She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on March 27, 1947, to Joe and Audrey Michalek.  

Karen was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. She was a RN, was passionate about horses, loved to travel, and adored her grandchildren.

Karen is survived by her husband of thirty-seven years, Jim, of the home; sons, John (Kerry) Hanna, of McCrory; Ward Hanna, of Pascagoula, Mississippi, and Micah (Nora) Reynolds, of Austin; daughter, Shawna (Brandon) Gay, of Southside; grandchildren, Ben, Eli, Zoe, and Eve Hanna, Hattie and Ward David Hanna, Jayden (Hannah) Reynolds, Mersadies, Jentry and Joy Gay; sister, Melinda Rabideau, of Maine; and as well as many beloved friends.  

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Memorial Service will be Friday, June 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 424 E. Main Street, Batesville, Arkansas.
