Kathleen Allis

January 10, 1951 — December 4, 2024

Batesville

Kathleen Allis, 73, of Batesville, departed this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at her home. She was born in Attica, Indiana, to Dwain Billingsley and Peggy Jacks Billingsley on January 10, 1951.

Kathy was all about her family and making sure everyone was taken care of before herself. You could always find her in town with her daughter Heather, as they were always together. You would never see them in town without each other. She loved to bake especially for her family for the holidays. She loved making diamond art and also loved gnomes.

She was one special lady and the loss of her is felt deeply by many and she lived a full life. The love of her as our Maw Maw is so unique. God had given her to us to liven up our life and to make our life's more complete.

She taught us all about love and the true meaning of family. Even though our sweet Maw Maw was taken from us, her sprit and strength lives on in each of us, and she touched so many lives with her strength, wisdom, and beauty of her soul.

We can not thank her enough for her out pouring of love for all of us, her sacrifices, her care, concern, love, and everything she has done for all of us and everyone that had the pleasure of loving and knowing her.

Kathleen is survived by her daughters, Heather (Randall) Fair, of Cushman, and Belinda (Kevin) Johnson, of Sulphur Rock; her brother, Tony Billingsley, of Jamestown, Tennessee; a sister, Paula Estevez, of Jamestown, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Russell (Victoria) Halfacre, Danielle Esteb (Matthew), Jamie Riley (Keith), Jackie Taylor ( Jeremy), Justin Stevens, Jonathon Reynolds, Sydney Younger, Jessica Cardinal, Jenna Dugas (Spencer), and Aspen Blevins (James); her great grand kids, Ryleigh Jo Halfacre, Aubrey Williams, Raelynn Williams, Swayze Williams, Khloe Williams, Keith Riley Jr., Trenton Riley, Emma Riley, Falena Riley, Allie Riley, Christian Maya, Amber Taylor, Sarah Taylor, and Jeremy Taylor, and numerous other friends and acquaintances who loved her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Dwain Billingsley and Peggy Sue (Jacks) Billingsley, her late husband Bob Allis, her daughter Peggy Reynolds, and one brother, and sister.

Special recognition to Randall, Russell, Steven, Tony, Keith, and James for her care threw her life time.

Rest in love Maw Maw we will never forget you and we will always love you forever.

Psalms 23:

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
