Teresa Yvonne Parr

Teresa Yvonne Brown Parr, 53, of Batesville, departed this life on Friday, December 16, 2022.  She was born on August 20, 1969, in Batesville to Aubrey Brown and Pat Wilson Brown.

Teresa enjoyed swimming, being outdoors, cooking, and country music.  She loved to read and loved her job as a CNA.  During the past few months, she worked in the Assessor’s office in Batesville.  She was of the Pentecostal Faith and enjoyed watching Bro. Wally Varner’s online sermons.

She is survived by her daughters, Cheyanna Lancaster (Joshua), of Locust Grove, and Sara Parr, of Batesville; her parents, Aubrey and Pat Brown; a brother, Scott Brown (Nickie), of Beebe; nieces and nephews, Lauren and Timothy Baker, Logan and Dakota Brown, Sydney and Ronaldo Aguilon, Dakota Davis and Meghan Davis and friends.

Funeral Service will be Monday, December 19, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Assembly of God Church, 285 Collietown Road, Cushman with Bro. Carl Blankenship and Bro. Wally Varner officiating.  Burial will follow the service in the Barnes Cemetery in Bethesada.

Pallbearers will be Logan Brown, Scott Brown, Tim Baker, Mike Parr, Ricky Wilson, Larry Coleman.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Jay Jeffrey, Josh Lancaster, W.C. Coleman, and Dakota Davis.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 18, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Doty Southside Funeral Service, 2180 Batesville Blvd, Southside.
