Wanda Jean Lau

Wanda Jean Lau, 89, of Batesville, departed this life on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at her home. She was born in Camp, Arkansas on August 26,1931 to John R. and Bertha Watkins Verdot.

Jean and John Henry Lau were united in marriage on July 28,1949.

She was a homemaker, seamstress, and a volunteer for the White River Medical Center and of the Freewill Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and 4 brothers.

Jean is survived by her daughters, Jinger Farleigh of Southside, Janice Roberts of Springdale; three grandchildren, Robb, Cori, and Ben; and five great grandchildren, Mia, Kaitlyn, Bella, Beckett, and Bennett.

A Graveside Service will be Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Camp Cemetery in Camp, Arkansas.
