About Us

Tom and Brenda Doty began working with Roller-Swift Funeral Home while living in Osceola, Arkansas in the late 1990’s. Their passion for helping families during stressful times has resulted in the ownership of 3 funeral homes. They consider the funeral homes in which they serve to be an honor and privilege. While many funeral homes will say they are “family owned and operated” you may never see one of the family members. However, with the Doty’s you will see one of them at most services.

Tom Doty has been involved in ministry for over 60 years and has pastored churches in NE Arkansas. He was raised in Needham, Arkansas and tells about his mother taking him to church before he was born. Tom has a morning devotional, “Good Morning”, which is published on Facebook and email and is shared by faithful friends all over the world.

Brenda Doty has been involved in the insurance business since the early 80's and served on the National Association of Insurance and Advisors as a Trustee.  She currently serves on the NAIFA-Arkansas Board, the Williams Baptist University Board, and is President of the Batesville Kiwanis Club.

Lauren Doty Jeffery is a graduate of Williams Baptist University and began her work with families at the young age of 15. When asked what she enjoys doing she will be gladly say “meeting with families”; which truly is shown with the families being served as they appreciate her warmness and gentle spirit.

Tom, Brenda, and Lauren have over 50 years of combined experience in the funeral and insurance industry. Together they work in and manage the 3 locations which are in Horseshoe Bend, Salem, and Southside, Arkansas.
